Primavera P6 training explain to prepare project baseline program. Project Resources- manpower, Equipment are assigned to activities to generate manpower Histogram for labor and non labor details. Project Cost are assigned to activities to generate monthly project Cash flow. Baseline program is updated to actual progress to analysis the performance present complete and compare with Schedule present complete, to verify the project progress is ahead or behind schedule.
Earned Value Analysis
Primavera P6 training-Earned value management is to monitor and control the project progress based on site progress details. Planned value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual cost are calculated using earned value management. Finally Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) value are calculated to control the project based SPI and CPI value.
